Re:Context へご連絡いただくか、Ko-fi へ直接お問い合わせください。Re:Context へご連絡いただいた場合は、内容確認後、Ko-fi / Stripe を通じた返金等で適切に対応します。
- 配達時間（提供時期）
- 支払い完了後ただちに Ko-fi 上で支援ステータスが反映されます。Ko-fi 支援への対価として商品やサービスの提供はありません。
- 利用可能な決済手段
- Ko-fi が提供する決済手段（Stripe 経由のクレジットカード、対応する Apple Pay / Google Pay 等のウォレット、PayPal など）
- 決済期間
- 一回支援は Ko-fi 経由の即時決済のみです。Ko-fi メンバーシップの継続支払いは、各更新日に Ko-fi が自動処理します。
- 価格
- Ko-fi 上で supporter が任意に選択する支援額（消費税相当額を含む任意額）。各支援画面に表示される金額が最終価格です。
- 動作環境
- Ko-fi がサポートする最新ブラウザとインターネット接続環境が必要です。

Re:Context is an individually operated editorial project based in Japan. Ko-fi is the only channel through which Stripe-processed payments are accepted. We do not sell physical goods or subscription services on this site.

- Because this is an individually operated initiative, the proprietor’s legal name is disclosed without delay when a lawful request with legitimate grounds is received. Anonymous or unsubstantiated inquiries cannot be honoured, but requests submitted via proper legal procedures by licensed attorneys or government authorities will receive a prompt response.
- Address
- Japan. The full address will be released when there is a lawful request with legitimate grounds. Anonymous or unsubstantiated inquiries cannot be satisfied, but we respond in good faith to inquiries submitted through proper legal channels by attorneys or public authorities.
- Telephone
- Disclosed when a lawful request with legitimate grounds is received. Anonymous or unsupported requests cannot be fulfilled, but inquiries routed through proper legal procedures by attorneys or public authorities will be answered. For everyday support, please use email. Support hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 JST (excluding weekends, national holidays, year-end holidays, and extended breaks).
- Responsible Person

Customer-initiated (non-defective):
One-time supports completed through Ko-fi are non-refundable because they are voluntary contributions. Ko-fi memberships can be cancelled any time before the next billing date.
Defects / technical issues:
Please contact Re:Context or reach out directly to Ko-fi. When you contact us, we will review the situation and work with Ko-fi / Stripe to issue a refund or otherwise resolve the problem.
- Delivery Timeline
- The support status on Ko-fi updates immediately after payment completion. No goods or services are provided in return for Ko-fi support.
- Available Payment Methods
- Methods offered by Ko-fi (e.g., credit cards processed via Stripe, Apple Pay / Google Pay when available, PayPal).
- Payment Period
- One-time support is processed immediately. Recurring Ko-fi memberships are billed automatically by Ko-fi on each renewal date.
- Price
- Support amounts are chosen on Ko-fi. Displayed prices include applicable taxes where required and represent the final price.
- System Requirements
- Internet access and a modern browser supported by Ko-fi.
